During the Annual Privacy Forum(APF), private and public sector stakeholders are welcome to support the event and promote their activities through sponsorship activities. The ENISA Annual Privacy Forum is a thematic two day conference that aims to bring together representatives from industry, research, policy and academia and engage them into interactive discussion on emerging technological aspects in the greater area of privacy, security and data protection.

The ENISA Annual Privacy Forum 2018 (APF18) was co-organised with the European Commission - DG CNECT, the Polytechnic University of Barcelona (UPC) and Telefónica on 13 and 14 June 2018. The event was well attended from more than 140 participants.

For APF 2019 sponsorship packages are categorized under three major categories, each one bearing different requirements and privileges, yet all ensuring high visibility and promotion of the sponsor. Each sponsorship package is described below, including sponsorship requirements and privileges. 

Bronze Sponsor
  • Contribution of 3.000€
  • Sponsor’s logo featured in APF website and the printed program of the event
  • Option to include one promotional flyer, leaflet or booklet in the conference bag
  • One (1) free registration for sponsor's delegates

Silver Sponsor
  • Contribution from 4.000€ up to 6.000€
  • Sponsor’s logo featured in APF website and the printed program of the event
  • Option to include one promotional flyer, leaflet or booklet in the conference bag
  • Two (2) free registration for sponsor's delegates
  • Option to include up to two sponsor small-sized gadgets/giveaways (e.g. pen, notebook) in the conference bag
  • Option for an exhibitor’s booth during both days of the event
  • Option to display the name and logo of the sponsor during the welcome reception or during the coffee/lunch breaks of the event

Gold Sponsor
  • Contribution from 6.000€ up to 10.000€
  • Sponsor’s logo featured in APF website and the printed program of the event
  • Option to include one promotional flyer, leaflet or booklet in the conference bag
  • Four (4) free registration for sponsor's delegates
  • Option to include up to two sponsor small-sized gadgets/giveaways (e.g. pen, notebook) in the conference bag
  • Option for an exhibitor’s booth during both days of the event
  • Option to display the name and logo of the sponsor during the welcome reception or during the coffee/lunch breaks of the event
  • Visibility of sponsor’s name and logo on promotional and printed material
  • Option to display the name and logo of the sponsor in the conference room
